Appellants pled guilty to interference with a police officer, Â§ 6-5-204(a), W.S. 1977, and each received a sentence of 120 days in jail and a $250 fine. On appeal they claim procedural irregularities in the sentencing procedure. Specifically, the dispositive issue is whether the sentencing judge erred in failing to disclose to appellants, before sentencing, that he had viewed a videotape taken of them while they were in police custody. We reverse.
